However, once we ship your Package to your Destination and your Tracking Number is sent to you, the responsibility of that Package now lies with Carrier and Buyer. Nika's Confectionery is “Not” responsible for LATE; LOST; WEATHER DELAYS’ or MIS-DELIVERED Packages.

The responsibility of Tracking Packages is with the Buyer. USPS automatically insures each Package up to $50.00 with Priority Mail. If your Package was lost et al, it is the Buyer’s Responsibility to file a CLAIM with USPS for a $50.00 refund. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our Team, thank you.

Food Items cannot be returned once we ship out. However,
if there is indeed a problem or issue with your Order once received, please contact us, so the issued can be resolved.
